Aurora Gatherings: Northamptonshire & Surrounding Areas

On the third Sunday morning of each month I hold space for a small development group where individuals can meet and share their experiences.

The Aurora Gatherings are a new way for like-minded people to meet and share.  We help each other on our spiritual journeys by sharing our experiences and insights.  We are learning to hold the space for each other as we speak and to feel comfortable when there is a natural pause for stillness or contemplation.  By allowing one person to speak at a time rather than holding multiple conversations, we allow the energy of the group to maintain a harmonious spontaneity whilst holding our personal energy and that of the group.

If you feel drawn to explore this further and possibly join us, please read the following, have a look at the Aurora website, or give me a call for further information.

Geoff Napier, founder of Aurora Gatherings, states the following:

"What we need now are times and places to meet for heart to heart communications, free from mindsets, belief systems, dogmas and agendas.  We are creating spaces within our communities where we can grow and support each other - no strings attached.  Leave your dogmas at home, slip off your beliefs at the door ... and find your authentic voice by listening to your hearts."

On the Aurora page, Geoff also wrote:  I recommend that you have a peruse of this page every now and then.

“Despite our differences and our incredible variety, we all stem from one source, we all share the same atoms, breathe the same air and the same water flows through us and makes up the majority of our bodies.  Despite everything that appears to shout to the contrary, we are only separated from each other by the misconceptions that lie between our ears, namely, our conditioning, our assumptions, and our unconscious traumas.

If we learn to discern what our intuition has to say, we can choose to allow it to illumine our lives from within. It feeds us with daily insights that light our journey.

The more we clear away our conditioning, our trauma and our ego-centric views, the clearer the inner light from the seed of our divine nature can illumine our way.  It is immensely helpful on our inward journey to find others to share our experiences, our vulnerabilities, and insights, and to listen to each other without judgement.  We do not meet to fix, teach or lean on each other, but rather to support and listen with our hearts.

The local gatherings are intended to provide a space for sharing our personal awakenings and insights, thus allowing accelerated growth to take place.”

Our group intention is:

We come together to share our individual experiences, challenges and insights as we progress on our spiritual journey.  We gather to share from the heart, to be heard, to listen and hear others, to energetically support and hold space for ourselves and each other.

It is our clear intention to create a loving and supportive space where we hold the vision for the highest good of all.  To allow for stillness, reflection and contemplation through the natural pauses in the flow of discussion.

As we are all individuals walking our personal paths of discovery, we will temporarily suspend our belief systems, dogmas, expectations, and habits of gossip and criticism.

We may feel drawn to share experience an insight that might help another member of the group, but it is not the intention to 'fix' each other, and we respect the notion that some may share from the heart to be heard, not commented upon.  We create a safe space in which to share from the heart, spontaneously, and without agenda or judgement, without labelling or assuming our truth to be the only truth, having total respect for everyone in the room and their unique and personal journey.
